I’m a Functional and Holistic Nutritionist who helps women navigate menopause with clarity and confidence, while building a strong foundation for long-term health.
This work is deeply personal for me.
I’m actively reversing an osteoporosis diagnosis and come from a strong family history of diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and dementia — experiences that shaped my commitment to prevention and proactive care.
I believe menopause can be a powerful turning point — a time to reconnect with your body, strengthen your health from the inside out, and expand into your full potential.
