Meet Jamie Krause
Functional & Holistic Nutrition for the Wisdom Years
I’m a guide and a fellow traveler in the Wisdom Years and deeply curious about what becomes possible when we care for our health with intention and respect.
I’m also a devoted wife and mom, a lifelong learner, and someone deeply committed to living in rhythm with nature and the body’s innate intelligence.
Like you, I see the depth and possibility of these years. My mission is to help women like us live rich, full lives by supporting health as the foundation that allows that possibility to unfold.
My Philosophy
I believe menopause isn’t a decline — it’s an awakening.
It’s a chance to strengthen your health, reconnect with your body’s wisdom, and step more fully into who you’re becoming.
I believe vibrant health isn’t lost with age. It’s cultivated with intention. And with the right support, postmenopause becomes not just manageable, but deeply meaningful.
My Path
Like many women, my path has been layered, nonlinear, and shaped by various interests and years of life experience.
I’ve navigated childhood adversity.
Built a demanding career in a highly technical field.
And became a mother later in life to a child with early health challenges.
Each of these experiences reshaped my priorities and ultimately led me into the world of functional and holistic health.
Along the way, my own health wake-up calls, including a diagnosis of osteoporosis and a strong family history of chronic disease, sharpened my focus on prevention, resilience, and building a strong foundation for the decades ahead.
Today, I walk beside women as they move through menopause and beyond — helping you understand your body, restore balance, and step into this season with clarity, strength, and confidence.
The Power of the Wisdom Years 🌿
The Wisdom Years are not a winding down.
They are a coming home.
A time to draw from your deep well of experience.
To reconnect with your body’s signals and needs.
To care for yourself with intention, discernment, and self-respect.
This is a season of integration—where physical health, emotional clarity, and inner knowing come together.
When supported properly, this stage of life can become one of the most grounded, expansive, and meaningful chapters you’ll ever live.
This is your time ✨
Your time to stand at the front of the line.
Your time to say yes to your health, your energy, and your future.
Your time to build a foundation that supports not just longevity—but quality of life.
If you feel the quiet nudge that there must be a more thoughtful way forward, I would be honored to walk beside you—as your guide, ally, and partner in this work.

🌸The Woman Behind the Work
I’m a Midwestern girl at heart, now living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest (Spokane, Washington) with my husband of 35 years, our young adult son, and two endlessly entertaining cats.
I’ve always been deeply curious about how things work — from everything in the natural world to aircraft systems to the remarkable design of the human body. Before stepping fully into functional nutrition, I built a career in aviation, eventually managing the design and development of pilot training programs for United Airlines.
That chapter of my life taught me how to think in systems, work with a wide range of personalities, and stay calm under pressure, especially when things were complex. Those lessons now serve me well as I walk alongside women navigating layered and often multifaceted health concerns.
I lean heavily on science. It provides clarity and direction. But I also trust intuition — my own and my clients’. Data matters, but it doesn’t tell the whole story. The body’s signals, lived experience, and quiet inner knowing deserve a place in the conversation, too.
At home, you’ll usually find me reading (my cookbook collection may be slightly out of control), talking to the bees in my organic garden, whipping up ethnic themed dinners, laughing at the funny antics of our cats, or heading outside. Immersing myself in nature isn’t optional for me — it’s essential. It’s how I recalibrate.
I love adventure. I always have. Whether that once meant earning my pilot ratings or now means hiking new and exciting trails, exploring world-heritage ancient sites, or experimenting with herbal concoctions. I believe this season of life is meant to expand — not contract.
And yes, I once accidentally put cayenne pepper instead of cinnamon in my husband’s oatmeal. The look on his face was priceless. It still makes me laugh.
More than anything, I’m committed to living these Wisdom Years fully. My hope is that my work helps other women do the same — with strength, clarity, and a sense of possibility.
“Health is a state of complete harmony of the body, mind, and spirit. When one is free from physical disabilities and mental distractions, the gates of the soul open.” — B.K.S. Iyengar
This is the heart of my work—helping women restore harmony, trust their bodies again, and move forward with strength and grace in the Wisdom Years.
